Off late there has been a notable shift in the student preferences for MBA programs. The Business schools who haven't been able to show an impressive placement track record or provide some real business skills enhancement to students are now struggling to get admissions inspite of huge demand for MBA courses. This has led the business schools to tap alternative ways to secure business and stay relevant. Of the many other reasons this is  one reason,  the business schools are offering  integrated MBA .  Luckily for them the competitive pressure felt by the students to appear for various management entrance tests to secure admissions to MBA course plays well in their favour. And for students too this sounds to be a win win  offer. By opting for a 5 year integrated MBA course the student  can  avoid uncertainty as well as stress of  the entrance exam after 3 years of graduation and also get a secured admission that gives him graduation degree as well...

जन्माला यायच्या आधीच आई जिजाऊंनी  येणार्‍या बाळाने काय करायचे याचे स्पष्ट स्वप्न पाहिले होते आणि वयाच्या पाहिल्या 10 वर्षात शिवबाने सुद्धा तेच  करियर करायचे नक्की केले होते..   जेव्हा करिअरचे ध्येय महान असते ना तेव्हा आई वडिलांनी ते करिअर  मुलांवर थोपले तर त्यात  काहीही चुकीचे नाही हेच शिवबाने  सिद्ध केले आहे..  ज्या वयात पालक मुलामुलींना साधे सिनेमा बघायला एकटे पाठवत नाहीत, जरासे खरचटले तर दवाखान्यात नेवून मोठ्ठी पट्टी बांधुन 4 दिवस शाळेला सुट्टी घेतात त्या 14 व्या वर्षी शिवबाने 4 मित्रांच्या संगतीने रायरेश्वराला आपल्या रक्ताचा अभिषेक केला होता आणि त्या कोवळ्या मावळ्यांनी आपले करिअर पक्के केले होते... 🚩🚩🚩 ज्या वयात आजकाल मुलेमुली करिअर संबंधी विचार करायला सुद्धा घाबरतात त्या वयात शिवबाने हाताशी  मूठभर सवंगडी घेवून प्रचंडगड म्हणजेच तोरणा जिंकला... आणि आपल्या करिअरची - स्वराज्याची मुहूर्तमेढ रोवली... खरेतर वडिलांच्या पुण्याईवर शिवबाला आदीलशाही किंवा निजामशाही या दोन मोठ्या कंपन्या मध्ये सहज मोठ्या पगाराची नोकरी मिळाली असती.. असती नव्हे offe...
